Ingredients
• 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup heavy cream, warmed
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 bulb roasted garlic
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
– Boil potatoes in salted water for 20–25 minutes.
– Drain fully and return to pot to steam dry.
– Add butter, cream cheese, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper.
– Mash until smooth, adding warm cream gradually.
– Top with chives and serve.
