**Sweet Potatoes**
– 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

**Topping**
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/3 cup flour
– 1/4 cup butter (melted)
– 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Boil sweet potatoes 15–20 minutes until tender, then drain.
3. Mash with butter, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
4. Spread mashed sweet potatoes into a baking dish.
5. In a bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly.
6. Sprinkle topping evenly over sweet potatoes.
7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
